Alcohol Ink Copper Butterfly Class

Artist Kami Strunsee of Timber Lane Studio guides you through the process of creating beautiful copper butterflies utilizing cold-formed metal techniques. Create a beautiful grouping of 7 copper butterflies mounted atop a 6” x 6” wooden “pallet” box stained either a rich oak or weathered grey. Choose to finish your butterflies in vibrant alcohol inks or a weathered brown patina.
Please bring a small hammer to class, all other tools and materials will be provided to create this beautiful piece. Grab your friends and create something gorgeous!
Copper is sharp, but when handled carefully, is perfectly safe. However, if you find yourself a magnet for accidents, please bring a close-fitting pair of gloves (like gardening gloves). Timber Lane Studio and Brass Tacks are not responsible for any injury acquired during the workshop.
Tickets are $75/person. Maximum class size is 15 people. Minimum class size is 8 people. Tickets are non-refundable 1 week prior to class.
