What is your phone number?
Brass Tacks no longer has a business land line. We cancelled our land line services after closing our storefront because we no longer work retail hours and we'd much rather be in the warehouse working on some new masterpieces than answering the phone.
Are you a retail store?
Brass Tacks is an online furniture retailer. We no longer have a brick and mortar retail store, but you can schedule an in person appointment to see furniture you are interested in. Head to our Schedule Appointment tab, select "See Furniture In Person" and select the time and date you would like to come see the piece.
What are your hours?
Brass Tacks no longer has regular retail hours. That being said, we are typically available by appointment Monday - Thursday between 9-3. If our available times listed don't work for you, please send us an email and we are happy to coordinate a time with you.
What are your furniture refinishing steps?
Every piece that we paint or refinish goes through a similar process. These steps are also included in the price of every quote:
Where are you located?
As mentioned above we do not have regular retail hours and are available by appointment only. Chances are if you try to drop by without an appoinment, you probably won't catch us. We are often out running errands, picking up or delivering furniture, or working in the sanding or paint booths with our air pods blasted.
Will you refinish a piece of furniture I already own?

Will you find me a piece of furniture?
Yes! We would love to help you find a piece of furniture. We will start the process by having you fill out our "Find Me a Piece" quote form. Once you accept the quote we will start hunting for that perfect piece. We estimate it to take about 1-2 months from the time we start looking for your perfect piece to the time it is refinished and ready for you to put in your home.
Do you buy furniture?
We are always on the hunt for used furniture. We are consistently seeking out dresers, buffets, table sets, and desks. If you think you have a piece we would be interested in please send us an email with a picture of the piece, dimensions, and how much you are asking.
Do you do upholstery work?
Andrea dabbles in upholstery, but we are not set up to take on large scale uphlstery jobs. At this time we only accept small upholstery jobs such as kitchen chair seat covers or similar projects.
Do you offer pick up and delivery?
We do offer pick up and delivery for an additional fee. For local area pick up and delivery with in 35 miles of our store you can find our rates below:
